About Insiders Capital
A Dubai-based private membership for entrepreneurs and investors who already earn well and want to build lasting wealth. Facts as of October 2026.
Updated
Insiders Capital is a Dubai-based private membership for entrepreneurs, business owners and investors, founded by Arthur Thomson. It helps high earners go from rich to wealthy through four pillars in one membership: Capital, Network, Concierge and Properties. Insiders Capital is not a fund, a broker or a regulated advisor: it does not manage assets and does not give regulated investment, legal or tax advice.
What Insiders Capital is
As of October 2026, the membership is organized as a four-in-one ecosystem, run by a team of experts with a platform and a vetted network:
- Capital: the investment arm. Training, a live view of the founder's own portfolio and theses, a net worth tracker and deal flow, across asset classes such as stocks, crypto, metals, DeFi, funds, private equity and alternatives.
- Network: a vetted peer group of entrepreneurs. Private Telegram groups by rank, quarterly masterminds, weekly in-person events and retreats. The network operates under NDA.
- Concierge: setup and partner introductions for expat setup, banking, corporate structuring, citizenship by investment (CBI), trusts, tax, insurance and legal work, plus a vetted partner network for travel and lifestyle. See the Concierge page.
- Properties: real estate opportunities sourced, verified and executed with the community: off-market Dubai deals, Bali villa partnerships, group co-investments and property management. See the Properties page.
The method behind the four pillars is a sequence: Track what you own, Protect it, then Multiply it. It is explained in From Rich to Wealthy: The Track, Protect, Multiply Framework. The full list of what members get is on the offer page.
Who it is for
As of October 2026, the site describes the membership as built for high earners with meaningful cash flow and at least a multi-six-figure net worth who want to structure, protect and multiply their wealth. In practice:
- Entrepreneurs whose business already produces meaningful monthly profit, and who hold at least a multi-six-figure liquid net worth.
- Pure investors (not running a business), for whom a multi-six-figure liquid net worth is the minimum.
It is not built for people who are still building their first safety net. Below that level, the site's advice is to keep scaling your business and apply later. Pricing is shared during the application review, and the offer page sets out each tier and what it includes.
How it works
- Apply. The application is free and takes about 3 minutes.
- Review. Arthur Thomson reviews every application personally with the team.
- Answer on WhatsApp within 48 hours. You receive a WhatsApp message within 48 hours, whether you are accepted to the next vetting step or not.
- Call. If you are accepted, the team schedules a call to discuss your situation, what you need from Insiders and whether the timing makes sense. It is a real conversation, not a high-pressure sales call.
- Membership. If it is a fit, you join. Membership is lifetime access, and Arthur handles onboarding personally with the team.
The founder
Insiders Capital was founded by Arthur Thomson, an entrepreneur and investor based in Dubai. He started his first company at 17 and built his first online business in 2018. Since then he has founded and scaled several companies and taken equity in software companies. He started Insiders because close friends kept asking him how to multiply their money with money. He helped them informally, then built a team, a system, a platform and a network to do it properly.
Arthur states on the site that he is not a financial advisor. He invests his own capital and shares his positions, moves and theses with members. Read his own account in Arthur Thomson, Founder of Insiders Capital.
What Insiders Capital is not
- Not an asset manager. Insiders Capital does not hold member money, run a pooled fund on anyone's behalf or trade member accounts. Members keep control of their own capital.
- Not a fund. There is no Insiders Capital fund to buy into. Co-investment opportunities are shared with members, who decide for themselves.
- Not a regulated advisor. It does not give regulated investment, legal or tax advice. Where members need advice, the team introduces them to independent professionals.
- No guaranteed returns. Nothing in the membership guarantees a result. Investing involves risk, including the loss of capital. The founder's live portfolio is his own: it is not a member result and not a recommendation.
- Not a signals service. The goal is for members to build their own system and become independent, supported by the team and the network.
