1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using insiders.capital (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and applicants of the Site. The use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

insiders.capital is a presentation website for Insiders, a private capital membership for entrepreneurs. The Site allows visitors to:

  • Learn about Insiders and its ecosystem
  • Submit an application to join the membership
  • Connect with us via social media or messaging

The Site itself does not sell any product or service directly. Membership applications are reviewed manually, and acceptance is at the sole discretion of Insiders.

2bis. Membership Application Disclosures

Submitting an application through this Site does not guarantee acceptance into Insiders. Membership decisions are made at our sole discretion based on applicant fit, capital threshold, and community alignment criteria.

If accepted, the applicant will be contacted via WhatsApp or email and provided with detailed information regarding membership terms, pricing, and onboarding. The full membership agreement, including pricing and conditions, is provided separately at that stage and is not part of these Terms of Use.

3. Eligibility

To submit an application, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Site, decline applications, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design, layout, and code, is the property of Insiders or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission. The "INSIDERS" name and logo are trademarks of Insiders Capital.

5. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any other user or third party
  • Use the Site to compete with or replicate Insiders

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Calendar and Google Meet for calls booked on the Site). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Insiders, its founder, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law in your jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Insiders regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
