YPO, EO and TIGER 21 are the three global peer organizations founders in Dubai ask about most. EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization) gathers founders and owners of businesses above US$1 million in revenue. YPO gathers chief executives under 45 who run companies above set employee and revenue thresholds. TIGER 21 gathers ultra-high-net-worth investors with at least US$20 million in investable assets. All three run small, confidential peer groups. They differ on who gets in and what the group talks about.
This comparison uses only what each organization publishes on its own website, as of October 2026. One disclosure: it is written by the founder of Insiders Capital, a Dubai membership that is not one of the three. We say where it fits, and where it does not.
The short answer
- You own a business doing US$1 million or more in revenue and want peer support as a founder: EO.
- You are the top executive of a larger company and under 45: YPO.
- You already have eight figures in investable assets and want peers to challenge your portfolio: TIGER 21.
- You earn well from your business and want a system and a network to build a plan for your personal wealth: Insiders Capital, alongside any of the above.

EO: for founders who own the business
As of October 2026, EO's website lists three conditions for full membership: you are the founder, co-founder, owner or controlling shareholder of a company, the business has annual revenue above US$1 million, and you are committed to growth and peer-to-peer learning.
For founders below that line, EO runs the Accelerator program, aimed at businesses generating US$250,000 to US$999,999 a year, with the stated goal of reaching the million-dollar mark.
Format. EO is organized in chapters. EO runs a local chapter, EO Dubai. Members join a forum, a small confidential peer group, and attend chapter learning and social events, regional conferences and a global leadership conference.
Best for: owner-operators who want structured peer support from people running businesses of a similar size. EO is about the founder and the company, not about investing personal wealth.
YPO: for chief executives under 45
YPO's membership page lists four criteria as of October 2026:
- Age: under 45 at the time of joining.
- Role: top operational leader of the company or division, with final decision-making authority, full P&L accountability and authority to hire and fire.
- Employees: at least 50 full-time employees, or 15 or more full-time employees with at least US$2.75 million in annual employee compensation.
- Size: at least US$16 million in revenue for sales, service and manufacturing companies, US$13 million for agencies, and for financial institutions US$330 million in assets under management or US$27 million in enterprise value.
Format. YPO describes three ways to connect: the chapter (your local home base), the forum (a small, confidential peer group) and networks (virtual communities by interest). Its Middle East and North Africa page reports more than 1,200 chief executives across 27 chapters.
Best for: CEOs of established companies who want a global network and a confidential forum of peers at the same level.
TIGER 21: for investors with significant liquid wealth
TIGER 21 requires verifiable investable assets or qualifying net worth of at least US$20 million. Its website adds that meeting the minimum does not guarantee admission: there are qualitative requirements at its discretion, including a commitment not to solicit other members.
Format. Each group of 12 to 15 peers meets monthly in sessions led by a Chair. The signature exercise is the Portfolio Defense: a member discloses their full investment portfolio to the group in confidence and receives candid feedback. TIGER 21 lists Dubai among its group locations as of October 2026.
Best for: founders who have already exited or built a large liquid balance sheet and want peers to challenge their allocation. If you are still converting business income into investable capital, the threshold is likely ahead of you.
Where Insiders Capital fits
Insiders Capital is a private membership based in Dubai for entrepreneurs and investors, founded by Arthur Thomson. It is not a CEO forum and it is not an eight-figure investor group. It covers the stage in between: you earn well from your business, and you want to build personal wealth with a method and with peers who are doing the same.
As of October 2026, membership includes a vetted network of members bound by an NDA, quarterly masterminds, trips, investment education and mentorship, introductions for banking, structuring and relocation through our concierge, and real estate opportunities sourced with the community through properties. We describe the vetting in how Insiders Capital vets members.
What it is not: Insiders Capital does not manage assets and does not give regulated investment, legal or tax advice. Pricing is shared during the application review, see the offer.
It is complementary. A founder can sit in an EO forum for the business and use Insiders for the personal balance sheet. For a wider view of the options in the city, read our guide to private members clubs in Dubai for entrepreneurs and the private investor clubs comparison.
How to choose
- Which problem are you solving? Running the company (EO, YPO), managing large liquid wealth (TIGER 21), or building personal wealth from business income (Insiders).
- Do you meet the published criteria today? Revenue, role, age, assets. Applying early wastes everyone's time.
- How much time can you give? Forums and monthly day-long meetings expect attendance.
- Local or global? All three are global networks. Check what the Dubai chapter or group actually runs.
- What does it cost all in? Ask for joining fees, annual dues and event costs before the interview.
If you are new to the city, pair this with moving to Dubai as an entrepreneur: the first 90 days, our page on Dubai for founders, and entrepreneur masterminds in Dubai.
Bottom line
There is no best peer group in Dubai, only the best fit for your stage. EO for owners, YPO for chief executives, TIGER 21 for investors who already have significant capital. If you earn well from your business and want a clear system and a vetted network to build a plan for your personal wealth, apply to Insiders Capital.
