Capital Club Dubai, The Arts Club Dubai and Nasab are three private clubs in Dubai built around three different promises: a business club for executives in DIFC, a culture and dining club in DIFC, and a private workspace and social club for people who want to work there every day. The right one for a founder depends on what you will use it for. This comparison uses only what each club publishes on its official website, as of October 2026.
Disclosure: I am the founder of Insiders Capital, which is not a clubhouse and is not one of the three. I explain at the end where it fits and why it is a different category, not a better one.

Capital Club Dubai: the business club
As of October 2026, Capital Club Dubai describes itself as a private business club located in DIFC that brings together senior executives, business owners, investors and decision-makers through networking, leadership forums, private dining and events.
What the site lists:
- Boardrooms and meeting facilities, private dining and corporate event spaces.
- Working committees, which the club calls the foundation of its activity, including a Women in Business committee.
- A mentorship program and a content library for members (what to look for in a mentor is covered in business mentorship in Dubai).
- Lifestyle benefits such as golf course access and spa treatments.
- Access to over 350 reciprocal and international associated clubs.
How to join: the membership page offers a pre-qualification form for an individual or corporate membership, reviewed by the membership team. Its membership fees are not public.
Best for: founders and executives who meet clients, partners or investors in DIFC regularly and want to take part in a structured business community. Our guide to high net worth networking in Dubai covers other routes to the same people.
The Arts Club Dubai: the culture and social club
According to its website, The Arts Club Dubai was unveiled in 2020 as the first international outpost of the London private members club founded in 1863. It sits in DIFC, across four floors.
What the site lists:
- Several restaurants (Ofelia, The Brasserie, Rōhen, Oscuro Kitchen), members' lounges on all floors and a cigar lounge.
- Gallery spaces with seasonal exhibitions, a permanent collection, a music program and a cultural program.
- A library and a rooftop terrace.
- Member events, from talks and panel discussions to art tours and children's events.
- Reciprocal affiliations with other private members clubs.
Membership and fees: unlike most Dubai clubs, it publishes its rates. As of October 2026, the membership page lists:
| Category | Who it is for | Annual subscription | Assessment fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full | Applicants aged 30 or over | AED 18,900 | AED 15,750 |
| Second | A spouse sharing the address of a full member | AED 9,450 | None |
| Young | Applicants under 30 | AED 9,450 | AED 7,875 |
| International | Members whose primary club is Dubai, adding full access to The Arts Club London | AED 5,780 (additional) | None |
Membership starts with an enquiry to the club.
Best for: founders who want a place to relax, dine and host socially, with art and culture as part of the experience. It is a social club first, so business networking happens informally.
Nasab: the workspace and social club
As of October 2026, Nasab describes itself as a private workspace and social club offering work, wellness and social spaces, located at KOA Canvas in Dubai. It presents its community as entrepreneurs, gamechangers and culture shapers.
What the site lists:
- Workspaces over three floors of open-air loft architecture, with private suites, a shared workspace and meeting rooms.
- An in-house restaurant, LOWE, and a café, The Tuckshop.
- A padel tennis court, a leisure pass and a fitness studio.
- A photography studio, available to resident members at a reduced rate.
Membership and fees: memberships are built around how you work: private suite, shared workspace, resident, nomad and drop-in. The resident membership is designed for solo business owners or small teams and gives access to any hot desk in the shared workspace. Its page lists it at AED 1,950 plus VAT per month. You apply through a form on the site.
Best for: founders who want to work from the same place every day, with a community and leisure built into the routine. It is less suited to someone who only wants an occasional venue in DIFC.
How to choose between the three
- Start with frequency. Daily use points to Nasab. Weekly hosting points to Capital Club. Evenings and weekends point to The Arts Club.
- Check the location against your week. Two of the three are in DIFC. A club you cannot reach easily is a club you will not use.
- Look at who is inside. Ask each club for the profile of its members, and attend a guest event if you can.
- Count the full cost. Fees, minimum spend, guests and your time, not only the annual dues. If you cannot name what you will use each month, wait. Our cost-benefit test for private clubs walks through the numbers.
Where Insiders Capital fits
Insiders Capital is a different category. It has no clubhouse, no restaurant and no desks. It is a Dubai-based private membership for entrepreneurs and investors, built around one goal: turning business income into lasting personal wealth. As of October 2026, it combines investing education, a vetted network (private groups, quarterly masterminds, weekly events, trips), introductions for company setup, banking and structuring, and real estate opportunities.
It is not better or worse than the three clubs above: it solves another problem. Many founders keep a clubhouse for hosting and an investing-focused network for their personal balance sheet. Insiders Capital does not manage assets and does not give regulated investment, legal or tax advice. Pricing is shared during the application review, and the offer page lists what is included. For investing-focused organizations side by side, read Private Investor Clubs in Dubai Compared.
Bottom line
Capital Club Dubai is for business hosting and committees, The Arts Club Dubai is for culture and social life, and Nasab is for working every day inside a community. Pick the one that matches how you will spend your week, and check each official site before applying.
