A Dubai entrepreneur community is any organized group where founders, business owners and investors in Dubai meet on a regular basis to share advice, deals, introductions or capital. They come in six main types: peer groups and forums, investor and angel networks, social and business clubs, startup and ecosystem hubs, women founder networks, and masterminds. This directory lists 23 of them as of October 2026, with one neutral line drawn from what each organization publishes about itself.
Disclosure: this directory is written by the team behind Insiders Capital, which appears once below, in the same format as every other entry. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and no organization paid to be listed.

Peer groups and forums
Peer groups put you in a small, regular room with people running businesses of a similar size.
- EO Dubai: the Dubai chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, a global network of business owners who meet in small confidential forums. Applicants complete a membership application with the chapter.
- YPO: a global leadership community of chief executives. Its membership page lists criteria on age, role, number of employees and company size.
- Vistage: a peer advisory organization for CEOs and business owners. Its locations page lists a Vistage United Arab Emirates office in Dubai.
- BNI UAE: the UAE arm of BNI, a business networking organization where members meet in chapters to exchange structured business referrals. It states that visiting a meeting is free.
- Crew: a curated community for founders and decision-makers with an existing business in Dubai, built around introductions made by a human business matchmaker. Membership is by application.
EO, YPO and TIGER 21 are compared in detail in YPO vs EO vs TIGER 21 in Dubai. If you want one experienced person rather than a group, see business mentorship in Dubai.
Investor and angel networks
These groups are about capital: backing startups together, or reviewing your own portfolio with peers.
- Dubai Angel Investors: describes itself as a member-led micro-VC, not a fund, that invests in seed and Series A rounds of early-stage technology companies, with members able to co-invest alongside it.
- Keiretsu Forum MENA: the regional chapter of Keiretsu Forum, a global community of angel investors, venture capitalists and corporate investors. It launched in the region in 2024, starting with Bahrain and the UAE.
- WOMENA: presents itself as an angel group for women in the Middle East, giving Gulf women a platform to invest in startups across the region.
- TIGER 21 Dubai: the Dubai chapter of a peer network for ultra-high-net-worth investors, where members meet in groups and review each other's portfolios.
How deals are shared inside these groups is explained in co-investment clubs for entrepreneurs. Investing-focused memberships are compared in private investor clubs in Dubai.
Social and business clubs
Clubs sell access to a place and the people in it. The networking is real but less structured.
- Capital Club Dubai: a private business club in Dubai offering memberships, meeting spaces, events and dining.
- The Arts Club Dubai: the first international outpost of the London private members' club founded in 1863, located in DIFC.
- Entrepreneurs Club: a private, curated business community for founders, CEOs, investors and business leaders in the UAE, by application only.
Every club type is compared in our pillar guide, private members clubs in Dubai for entrepreneurs. Capital Club Dubai and The Arts Club Dubai are compared side by side in Capital Club vs The Arts Club vs Nasab, and our cost-benefit test helps decide whether to join one at all.
Startup and ecosystem hubs
Hubs are run by government entities, free zones or global startup organizations. They suit founders building a new company, especially in technology.
- Dubai Future Foundation: works with public and private partners on the future of Dubai. Its programs include AREA 2071 and Dubai Future Accelerators.
- DIFC Innovation Hub: a fintech and innovation hub in Dubai's financial district, with accelerator programs and an Innovation Licence.
- Ignyte: DIFC's start-up ecosystem platform, connecting start-ups with mentors, investors and vendors.
- Dtec: an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Dubai Silicon Oasis offering coworking, help with company formation, startup programs and events.
- Startup Grind Dubai: the Dubai chapter of the global Startup Grind community, powered by Google for Startups, which runs events to educate and connect founders.
Women founder networks
These communities are built specifically for women entrepreneurs, from early-stage founders to established business owners. WOMENA, listed above, is the angel investing option.
- Dubai Business Women Council: established in 2002 under the umbrella of the Dubai Chamber, it describes itself as the official representative organization for business women in Dubai.
- Female Fusion: a business network for women in the UAE, with membership, business events and expert support.
- The Founders Official: a Dubai community for female founders built around workshops, events and access to investors.
- BeingShe Club: a curated community for women entrepreneurs, executives and leaders, headquartered in Dubai, where membership is by application or invitation.
- WE Global Network: a Dubai-headquartered network for established women entrepreneurs, focused on access to corporate decision-makers.
Masterminds and wealth-focused memberships
A mastermind is a small group that meets on a schedule to work on each member's goals. Many in Dubai are independent and short-lived, so judge the format rather than the name: our guide to entrepreneur masterminds in Dubai lists what to ask.
- Insiders Capital: a private membership in Dubai for entrepreneurs and investors, with a vetted network under NDA, quarterly masterminds, trips, investment education, and introductions for banking, structuring and expat setup. Membership is by application.
How to use this directory
- Name the problem first. Running the company, investing, finding a venue, or building a new startup are four different needs.
- Pick one type and one group. Repeated contact with the same people builds trust faster than ten events.
- Check the published criteria on the official site before you apply.
- Ask how members are vetted and what the total yearly cost is.
- Attend once before committing, where the group allows it.
For how to show up once you are in the room, read high net worth networking in Dubai.
Bottom line
Dubai has many entrepreneur communities and no single front door. Choose by type, then by fit, and give one group a real year before adding another. If you are an entrepreneur who earns well and wants a vetted peer group focused on building personal wealth, apply to Insiders Capital. Pricing is shared during the application review.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the best entrepreneur community in Dubai?
- There is no single best one. Peer groups such as EO Dubai or YPO suit company leaders, angel networks suit people who want to invest in startups, startup hubs suit early-stage founders, and clubs suit people who want a venue. Start from the problem you want to solve.
- Are entrepreneur communities in Dubai free to join?
- Some events are open, such as startup meetups or a first visit to a referral chapter, but most structured communities charge a membership fee and many review applications. Fees are often not public, so ask each organization directly.
- Is there a community for women founders in Dubai?
- Yes. As of October 2026, examples include the Dubai Business Women Council, the WOMENA angel group, Female Fusion, The Founders Official, BeingShe Club and WE Global Network. Each publishes its own format and admission process.
- How do I choose between a peer group and an investor network?
